From my experience, they love outings in the country, lots of beer and wine. Learn to toast they way they do - it's quite elaborate. They do know "Asian" food, but may not like spicy food or seafood. It's not typical for them to split a bill, unless there is a really large group. Do they hug? Yes. Is it appropriate for business clients? No.
