None of them are correct.
Would you mind if I SAT here?
Others:
Do you mind if I sit here?
Do you mind my sitting here? (Said when you are already sitting)

Correct: Would you mind if I sit here?
You could also use "would you mind me sitting here?" but the first sentence would be best. Don't forget to capitalize "I" since it is a pronoun.

From my point of view it's the third sentence. all sentences u wrote is not coherent, it should have some coordinators.
