τι σημαινει αυτο:
φερτε μου να πιω το ακριβοτερο πιοτο εγω πληρωνω τα ματια π`αγαπω
αν "τα ματια π`αγαπω" ειναι τοστ , γιατι δεν "για ματια π`αγαπω" ;
η ο τυπος δωσει τα ματια, που αγαπαει, σαν πληρωμή για το πιοτο ;;

It means "Bring me the most expensive drink (to drink), I pay for the eyes I love"
πληρώνω can have 2 meanings...
either to pay (eg. I pay the bill / πληρώνω τον λογαριασμό)
either πληρώνω (για) κάτι (to pay for something) with the meaning of suffering the consequences of my action that I am or I am not at fault.
So the guy of the song is actually drinking because he thinks he is at fault because he lost the woman he loves.
And πληρώνω in this situation can or cannot be followed by the preposition για
