when someone says koomao or kamsalmida what should we say as her/his answer?

A more natural way to answer is "아니에요" [a-ni-e-yo] which would mean something like "It was nothing!"

to answer it.. you can say 천만에요 (cheonmaneyo) 참 잘 오셨습니다 (cham jal osyeoss-seubnida)
