What is the difference between condition and situation?

Situation =情况
Condition =条件
Really this a broad question , but as i know a "situation" is comprised of many "conditions". Condition can also refer to the "quality" of something.

A condition usually means a single state of health or repair.
A situation describes a number of states or conditions existing at a particular place or time for a group or person.
