Can I say that something (clothes, jewellery etc.) looks RICH on a person? Or is there a better word for that?

when something is expensive, we say it looks fancy or luxurious
wow, you look very fancy, it means you wear very expensive cloth
that hotel is luxurious, or very expensive
while precious is very valuable, for example good friendship is very precious relation
also, your sentence; (he looks rich) is OK and used
someone looks rich; dressed in expensive cloth, uses expensive perfume and so on ......
