whats the difference between 저 and 나?
나 - I
저- me
나는 or 저는 - I am
Is this correct?

They both mean I. It has to do with the level of respect you show the person you're speaking with. 저 shows them more respect whereas 나 is more casual. You can use 나 with close friends or people younger than you.
