"Don't miss your breakfast" and "Don't forget to have your breakfast" and are correct. (I find almost 900,000 Google links to "Don't miss your breakfast.") "Don't forget to take your breakfast" sounds strange in contemporary American English at least, but is understandable. "Don't forget for having your breakfast" is wrong. You could say, "Don't forget to have your breakfast."
