both of these words are muscular, so whats their differences???

Muscular??? What do you mean?
`Algún' and `ningún' are adjectives:
¿Hay algún libro aquí?
Aquí no hay ningún libro.
`Alguno' and `ninguno' are pronouns:
¿Hay alguno aquí?
Aquí no hay ninguno.

"Alguno" and "ninguno" may be pronouns or adjectives.
As adjectives, both must to change to the shorten forms "algún" o "ningún" before a MASCULINE SINGULAR noun.
