Hola alfarero, Esas palabra si se usan en español y están es su forma de adjetivo y entre ellas son antónimos. Diligente (adjetivo): es ser cuidadoso, rápido para sus deberes. Negligente (adjetivo): es ser descuidado, no ejecuta bien sus deberes.
