Is there any differnce between " how long " and " how much time"?
How much time do you exercise every day ? or How much time do you spend exercising every day? How much time do you watch TV every day? or How much time do you spend watching TV every day?
In all these sentences, is it possible to say " how long ", instead of" how much time" ? Thank you .

Yes, in all of those sentences, you can replace "how much time" with "how long".
But, of course, you can't always replace "how long" with "how much time".
