What does this phrase mean?
The presenter said it after a band had just performed on stage ? I think it was directed towards the audience.
My guess is: Did you like that ?

Yes.
Ça = this
vous = you (plural in this case)
a plu = liked, because it's past tense of the verb "plaire"
The order of the words is a bit random from your point of view, but you got it !
