I'm pretty sure it is called a "pro forma invoice".

Ales is right, it's spelt "pro forma invoice". It's an invoice but not really an invoice (in a practical sense). Wikipedia explains it a little: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pro_forma#Invoices
