What is the difference between "san", 'kun", "chan", "sama", and "shi"?

さん:San is used for everybody, when you wanna be formal. You say it after the name.
くん:Kun is like San but only for men.
ちゃん:Chan is for Girls and little children. Is pretty cute :3
様:Sama is really formal, when you wanna be polite. You can use for example with people older than you.
市:Shi is used for Cities, like Tokyo-shi (City of Tokyo), Osaka-shi (City of Osaka)
