The other answers are all fine but they overlook something a bit more basic.
Learning is the acquisition or knowledge. When you learn you are adding to your knowledge. Getting more knowledge.
You can learn by studying but you can also study things you already learned in an effort to help y you remember them.

Study is the pursuit of knowledge and it is by studying that we learn.

Study is more like work, you can study and learn nothing.
