When you study, you are learning about a particular subject.
Ex: I study English in my third class of the day.
When you learn, you gain knowledge or skill in a new subject or activity.
Ex: I learned how to improve today in my acting class.

In my mind, Study - it means getting a degree of training. learn - it means teach anything in the broadest sense.
Example: 1) I study English. 2) I am learning new words, and it's takes time to memorize them.
