Why there's no space between some compound words?
Like the word "fireworks"
And why there's some compound words with dash or Space in the middle?
Thank you in advance.Thank you teacher,
But I needed to know the difference or when I should use the
"closed compound word",
Or the "open compound word ,
Or a hyphenated compound word"

A compound word is a combination of two or more words that function as a single unit of meaning.
Use a hyphen to join two or more words serving as a single adjective before a noun.
Such as: a one-way street
chocolate-covered peanuts
