They generally mean the same thing "Even though" is stronger than "while," and "despite" is stronger than "even though."

They generally mean the same thing ("but/however"). "Even though" is stronger than "while," and "despite" is stronger than "even though." You have to structure sentences differently for each—for example:
While eating ice cream gives Denise cramps, she still eats it sometimes.
Denise still eats ice cream sometimes, even though it gives her cramps.
Denise still eats ice cream sometimes, despite it giving her cramps.
