What the difference between 전화해요 and 전화를 해요?

Both are the same in meaning, but often the object marker,을/를 is added after a noun to put an emphasize on the noun. ^^'
e.g.
공부해요. / 공부를 해요.
밥 먹어요. / 밥을 먹어요.

같은말로 사용합니다
전화해요, 전화하세요. 전화를 해요
모두 나에게 전화를 하라는 말로도 쓰이고요.
또 질문으로도 쓰입니다.
전화해요? 전화를 해요? 전화를 할까요?
이 말들은 내가 너에게 전화를 해도 되나요?
즉 묻는 말로 쓰입니다.
뒤에 억양에 따라 그 뜻이 달라집니다.
