In daily speеch we say единайсет, дванайсет, but it is right to write единадесет, дванадесет, тринадесет, т.н. - literally translated: one over ten, two over ten, etc.

Both are true to be written according to the latest writing rules but единайсет and двенайсет are used in daily speech.
