Hello,
Perereca (with letter "c" instead of "k") is synonymous of "frog".
"Perereca sem dono" is a name about one carnaval block dance at Rio de Janeiro.
"Perereca sem dono" also is a expression of double meaning. It is low level. "Perereca" makes reference to woman´s vagina. When one person say "Perereca sem dono" it means that a woman who has sex with many men and has not a fix relationship. So, the people say that woman is a "Perereca sem dono". Is not a good expression to say.
I hope helped you.
Best regards

Hello Mario, Perhaps the group changed the 'c' to a 'k' for obvious reasons, lol.

Hi litebrite! Eduardo's answer is quite good when he talks about the reference to a vagina. 'Perereca', a sort of small frog, is one of the many names given to a vagina in popular oral language. So, 'perereca sem dono' means literally 'vagina ownerless' (actually something like 'pussy ownerless'). 'Dono', in this case, means owner. 'Sem', you probably know, means 'without'.
I cannot tell you anything about this 'carnival block' he mentioned, I'm not from Rio. However, There are so many carnival organized groups in this city that use double meaning names to identify themselves, often related to sex matters.
