"Put your hands up if you want to hang out with me tomorrow!" Like how a teacher would ask students to do so when they know/want something at school. But in this case, it must have been said in a playful way.

i don't think there is same expression in English i would say "Who wants to hang out with me tmrw ? just raise your hand to let me know" That's still weird lol thanks!
