First of all, do not worry too much about having an accent. If you have the structure down, and can speak properly people will understand you, regardless of your accent. Think of it like writing. People write with different word choices, but we all understand each other. You said "can you tell me some ideas?" I would say "can you give me some ideas?" Same point, different words. Same language different accents. That said, if you want to make sure you can say a word, but are confused by its spelling (fjord, for example), you can look at online dictionaries, that allow you to hear the pronounciation: http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/british/fjord
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/fjord
Also listen and pay attention to how people in English reduce their vowels (constitution)
often people will pronounce it as is written: con stit two she ughn
Native speakers would Con stit two shun (She Ughn, is now shorter and is just Shun, the ee sound is not pronounced).
Just listen to speakers and try to emulate them. You will still sound like you (not a put down, everyone sounds slightly different), but you'll have more of a naturalness to your English. That's the best way, listen and emulate. Remember people from places where English is an official language sound different (UK, Canada, Southern US, New York in the US, Australia, the Philippines, India). I hope that helps.

Except for all that has been said here I find music a really good tool to improve both vocab and pronunciation. Choose a song sung in English that you really, really like, find it on youtube and sing along. Learn it by heart. Just careful about the pick, songs from Bob Marley will teach you a different kind of accent than songs sung by Beyoncé ;)

Hi! I would like to suggest you using Memrise and Duolinguo. They are two language learning websites with, obviously, English courses available. They are useful for learning vocabulary and they include audio samples for each word :)
Besides that, watch a lot of films (if you use subtitles, you'll learn much faster if they are in English too), listen to music, and practice the language (attend language tandem/exchanges events from websites such as Couchsurfing, Skype with people using this website or other ones like Sharedtalk...)
Good luck!
