What is the most proper and common way of wishing someone to get well soon when writing an formal business email?
And is that ok to say "I wish you have a nice weekend" in that formal business email?

Be straightforward and to the point. Both of these work in a business email:
I hope you get well soon.
Have a good weekend.

It depends on how sick this person is. If you are unsure, just write at the end
