Grammatically it's OK. But: You have way too many capitals in there! Also - the meaning is possibly not what you want - as it is very general. You are asking in a very open time period - in other words you are saying "Has anyone ever done something for you" - perhaps "Has anyone recently done something for you"? or "Has anyone done something really special for you?"

Yes, it's correct. Indefinite words like "anyone" and "something" are difficult. I agree with Gary that you should probably make the question a little more specific, but otherwise, it looks great.
