what is the difference between よろしくお願いします。and よろしくお願いたします。
i have heard よろしくお願いたします. a new employee introduce herself in front of her coworkers and said that phrase.
what is the difference between よろしくお願いします。and よろしくお願いたします。教えてください。

Hi, you're very good at Japanese.
「よろしくお願いいたします」 is the most formal expression.
「よろしくお願いします」 is also formal.
If you use it to your friend, 「よろしくね」 is informal and feel friendly!
