What does this mean "나야 잘지내지 너는 어떻게 지내니? 내말 이해해?" and how should I reply in full korean?

that means "i'm fine, how are you? do you understand me?" you can answer, "응. 나도 잘 지내" it means 'yes, i'm good, too.'
