In Chinese, we usually don't speak "餐馆", actually 餐馆's meaning is "饭馆", "饭馆" is smaller than "餐厅", we always speak "餐厅" and "饭馆", all mean restaurant, the places for having meals.
"宾馆" and "旅馆", all mean hotel, but "宾馆" is bigger than "旅馆". we are still using "宾馆" and "旅馆" now, but we always speak "酒店" now, it also mean hotel, but bigger than "宾馆" and "旅馆", and we could have a meal inside it.
