Satisfactory means "sufficient" or "acceptable"
Satisfying means "pleasantly fulfilling"

OK, for example the test would be satisfactory if you got 70%. It would be a satisfactory result. You wouldn't really say that it was satisfying, as that word is used more to describe how you feel or felt about it. you could say 'it is very satisfying to get a good test result'.
