Are these sentences natural? Or what would you say? You make choices and you take the consequences. You make choices and you bear the consequences

I say "face the consequences" . I hear that most often.

Personally, I use 'bear the consequences'. It's more neutral, compared to 'suffer consequences', where it's more of making a choice even when knowing it leads to a considerably worse outcome.

Both sentences are natural. Both sentences need a comma after the word "choices." You could also say, " . . ., and you suffer the consequences."
