据我理解 = to my understanding
据我所知 = as far as I know / to my knowledge
听别人说话的时候注意到了这两句话, 应该没错吧?

据我所知 = as far as i know
翻译不能只考虑字面意思 还要注意语言习惯

坦率的说，我觉得这样比较正确点，英语里应该没说to 有“根据”的意思吧？
