nobody means there is a lack of person.
Nobody likes my haircut - not one person likes my hair cut
anybody means no one specifically.
Anybody can learn to speak English. All people, but not a specific person.

nobody means no person. Anybody means no particular person. A random person.

Hey Eli,
Think of it like this. Body = person.
so...anybody = any person
nobody = no person
e.g:
can anybody hear me? .... means can any person hear me
nobody can hear me. .... means no person can hear me.

Anybody signfica cualquiera persona. No hay una persona en particular.
Nobody significa nadie.
Puedo darte algunos ejemplos:
Anybody: I want to speak to anybody who speaks English. (Quiero hablar a cualquiera persona quien habla Inglés).
Nobody: There is nobody else besides me in this store. (No hay nadie aquí aparte de yo en ésta tienda).
I hope this helps!

Hi! Anybody is the opposite of nobody. Anybody = somebody. The difference ist, that that anybody is used in negated sentences.
There is nobody in the room. ( =empty room)
There is somebody in the room.
There isn't anybody in the room ( =there is nobody in the room).
