There is no one specific pidgin English. It can be any pidgin language derived from English. You will find a comprehensive list right here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_English-based_pidgins

'Pidgin english' is an official language of Papua New Guinea, where there are many tribes that speak their own language. To understand each other, they invented a language made up of english words, and words that most of the tribes have in common with each other. For example: for PAPUA NEW GUINEA BANK they say - NUMBER 1 HOUSE MONEY BELONG PAPUA NEW GUINEA.
ALSO, english spoken with every 3rd or 4th word belonging to another language, is said to be pidgin as it is a mix of more than 1 language.
Hope this helps

Apparently the word pidgin is an English person's version of a Chinese person's attempt to say business.
