「いそがしい」「せわしい」は、すべきことが多く暇がない様子、一時もじっとせずに落ち着きなく動く様子などの意で用いますが、「忙しい」は前者の意で、「せわしい」は後者の意で使われることが多いです。
Both mean "to have a lot to do, to be busy," but いそがしいis the neutral, general term that simply means you're occupied, whereasせわしいemphasizes the action of going from one thing to another without resting between tasks.

「せわしい」の英語の意味は「hyper」です。 「せわしない」の意味は「restless, in a hurry」 「いそがしい」の意味は「busy」
You will never rarely, if ever, hear せわしい anyway. So do not worry yourself about it. Ignore it and learn いそがしい and せわしない
