Umm that's a hard one (that's not my answer). Fluentkerstin is probably closest with "head over heels" (an idiom suggesting "fallen in love"). It's a bit ironic because the British are known for not expressing love, especially men. But sayings are "I'm smitten", "I've fallen head over heels". If I loved someone I might say "I adore you". But if I was to show how I loved them, probably in cuddles, or nice food :) massages, the usual.

"head over heels" in love would work, probably.
