what is difference "기다리겠어", "기다릴거에요" , "기다릴게요"?

3 sentences have the same meaning that 'I will be waiting / I will wait' but the first one, 기다리겠어 is a casual expression. The second and the third are rather more polite form of 'I will be waiting'
