this wishing has been spread over social networking, it has no sens in Arabs or Muslims typical day.
Better to say: have a nice day (نهارك سعيد )
Or ( صباحك سعيد ، مساءك سعيد ، تصبح على خير )

say جمعه مباركه

Does that mean 'happy Friday'? If it does, then it is already in Arabic, but I am afraid I know of no Arabs who normally congratulate one another on Fridays. Muslims do consider Friday 'a feast', but beyond many of them taking the day off, this amounts to little.
