"Bisous" and "Bises" when used alone in this form are only written at the end of en Email to a close friend, both meaning "kisses". "Bise" means a kiss on the cheeks while "bisou" is a friendly kiss not necessarily on the cheeks.

Both words have same meaning (kiss on cheeks)
very minor difference is that,
Bisous is used generally among friends (End of texting msg, email .....etc.)
Bises is used among very intimate friends (End of texting msg, email .....etc.)

Bonjour,
