What does it mean?
Hi all
I just read an article and there's a sentence:Nothing could be further from the truth.
I don't really understand this sentence. does it mean there are still something you need to know? or?
please help me. Thank you !!!

The longest distance is between the truth and "whaaaaaaat?!?!" None of those things are as far from the truth as what the person actually said. :)

Hi,
It's basically a way of saying that something isn't true, or is false. It is just a stronger way to express it.

I too didn't really mean it.."Nothing could be further from the truth"..I thought so as we lied we cant hide further..
