Chinese surnames and true meanings?
何 is a surname (according to my book) but it also means -who/what/how- Can I use it as -who/what/how- or is there some other pronunciation needed? I believe I can but Chinese is a difficult language so I want to be sure of everything I learn! Thanks for any responses.

you are right, it can be used as -who/what/how/why/where-, but it must be used with other word, like 为何(wei he),means 'why', 几何(ji he)means how many。。。
the pronunciation 何(he)
