What does "Geil" or "Geile" mean?
I've seen people call things "Geil" or "Geile" online, and I wanted to know what it meant, so I Google Translated it. Google says that "Geil" means "Horny". Umm, is this true?

It can mean "horny", but often it is used to describe that something is just really good. You can compare it to "cool", but "geil" is a bit more slang.
