smb isn't English. Is it an acronym (Small to Medium Business)? Or something else?

Stroke has *many* meanings, but one of them means
A sudden occurrence or result.
Examples of this are "a stroke of luck" and "a stroke of insight."
"Stroke of insight" means to have a sudden insight about something.

:-) I found an interesting video form TED in the web. It was named " Jill Bolte Taylor's Stroke of Insight" so I'm trying to understand what does this title mean.

I have no idea. I read a book a few years ago by an author named Jill Bolte Taylor entitled, "My Stroke of Insight" (great book, by the way). What is the context in which your statement is found?
