"Would you like some orange juice?"
"Do you like...?" is a general question about what you like, and not an offer. In this case, "some" doesn't fit.

If you are offering someone than you have to say :
Would you like to have some orange juice ?
And when ask someone's opinion then you have to say :
Do you like orange juice? ( When talking (in general) before offering)
Did you like the orange juice ? ( Asking opinion after having juice )
