Hey there, did you mean 'demon' instead of 'domon'? Unfortunately domon is not a word! :(
If you did, they can be used interchangeably. If you really want to sound like an English speaker though, demon is usually used for smaller evil spirits and devil is usually used in the context of 'The Devil', otherwise known in Christian theology as Satan or Lucifer.

Without the context, I can't say. Satan might be a more appropriate translation if you're discussing something from a Western/Christian perspective, but if you're attempting to describe a culture or religion outside of this then it would be better to use 'king of the demons' or 'demon king'.
