You won't get an answer from a native speaker (except for me), because these questions are too politically weighted. Ethnicity refers to cultural group: ethnic Germans are people who descend from Germans, ethnic Chinese are people who descend from Chinese etc.. Race is a sociological construct of the 18th and 19th and 20th Centuries, which has been been used justify the oppression of "people of color". So I, a "white" American, can now justify holding a large percentage of my "black" and "brown" brethren in prison. This makes me sick, and I can't write more.

Hi dear I'm not native but maybe helpful.
I think race is related to physical character of a group of people like skin color or shape of body,
but ethnicity is related to cultural tradition of a group of people and Racialize is a verb means discriminate or classify according to race for example skin color.
Good luck!
