how to ask question in English, to know what illness of someone?Is it okay to ask "What sick are you?"

You couldn't ask what sick someone is. The language just doesn't work like that. What sickness someone has could work, but be careful, because people often don't want to be very specific about their illness. The easiest questions would be just, "Oh no! What's wrong?" or "what do you have?" "What kind of sickness do you have?" could work too.
