Please answer my question.
Hello I have a question because in Spanish we have two words to distinguish between two babies who were born at the same time but there are two options:
1) babies who are equals in spanish we called "Gemelos" in english I looked at the dictionary and I found "twins"
2)babies who are not equals in spanish we called "Mellizos" in english I looked at the dictionary and I found "twins"
I don´t know if there are another word to describe two babies who was born at the same time but How can I know if they are equals or they are different.
How can I call three/four/five/six/seven/eight.. babies who were born at the same time, what about if they were equals or differents.
Sorry about my mistakes. Thanks in advance.

Twins with identical genes are called identical twins. Other twins, with different genes, are called fraternal twins.

Geoff's response is correct. To answer your other question, 3 babies at once are triplets, 4 are quadruplets, 5 are quintuplets, 6 are sextuplets, and 8 are octuplets. You would use identical or fraternal to indicate whether they're genetically the same or not.
