what does the “cast” mean in the sentence?
If you have been in the hospital, did you get a cast that all your friends could sign?

It's cast in plaster. :)

That is what doctor putting on your leg or arms if you have fractured or broken bones.. they will wrap it around and its kinda hard and its color white that's why it is common for friends to sign on it.

It means the stiff plaster cast that you receive in the hospital after you break a bone to keep it from moving.
