The Chinese section you copied here means if you have signed or logged the information(e.g., finger print, face, name, etc) in your security system or just given them an access card before your friends come to your house, the security system will not warm you again, they are considered as security access, because it can find the information in the system and it knows that you trust these guests.
Another easy example for you to make you understand this much better: if you have installed the anti-virus software on your machine, they will usually alarm you when you try to access a file that it considers as a virus, to avoid this warning, we usually exclude the path to the file in the anti-virus software settings, then next time, when you try to access this file again, it will not warm you again since it knows that you trust this file.
