eventually -> 마침내 as a adverb
basically -> 기본적으로 as a adverb
Some adverbs can be formed as " N + 적으로 ".
For example:
표면 surface -> 표면적으로 superficially
진화 evolution -> 진화적으로 evolutionarily
총동 impulsion -> 충동적으로 impulsively
